Description

Temp to hire bilingual Spanish General Office Clerk in Pittsburg. In this role, you will be expected to handle a variety of office tasks, including making and receiving phone calls, managing emails, and maintaining accurate records for our team.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently handle inbound calls and provide excellent customer service

• Proactively make outbound calls to share relevant job information with workers

• Manage and coordinate daily schedules

• Maintain precise records and track information into spreadsheets using a popular spreadsheet software

• Undertake document handling tasks such as filing, scanning, and uploading

• Liaise with subcontractors as necessary

• Operate switchboard, handling 1-10 lines

• Use Spanish language skills when required to communicate effectively with diverse team members.

Requirements

• Bilingual Spanish

Proficiency in filing and maintaining records accurately.

• Experience in scanning and uploading documents effectively.

• Ability to answer inbound calls promptly and professionally.

• Proficiency in using Excel for data management.

• Familiarity with operating switchboards with 1 to 10 lines.

• Strong customer service skills

• Capability to coordinate schedules effectively.

• Responsible for managing and maintaining the daily schedule.
