The Rutgers School of Public Health Environmental and Occupational Health and Justice department invites applications for (2) two senior level (Associate/Full) Professors in Sustainability, on the Tenure/Tenure Track.Qualified candidates should have a PhD in a field related to sustainability, environmental justice, or climate and health. Faculty at the Rutgers School of Public Health will have the opportunity to engage in exciting teaching and mentorship activities through our masters and PhD programs.
Responsibilities:

* A record of esteemed scholarship (including quality peer-reviewed publications, extramural research funding as Principal Investigator, and keynote conference lectures)
* Experience and interest in teaching and learning, with a focus on student success and a commitment to equity in action.
* Experience of teaching master's students.
* Experience of supervising doctoral students and early career faculty.
* Interest in community engagement.

Qualifications

Minimum Education and Experience
The preferred candidate(s) will enhance, complement, and deepen our current department and School strengths, including but not limited to sustainability, environmental justice, climate and health, and education for sustainable development.Additional responsibilities include:
