Pipestone County Medical Center and Family Clinic is currently seeking to find qualified individuals to join our growing team. We are committed to providing high quality services to our southwest Minnesota community.

Position Highlights

Job Duties:

The Ultrasound Sonographer is responsible to operate ultrasound equipment to perform clinical diagnostic ultrasounds as directed by physicians and perform routine diagnostic procedures according to established standards and practices.

Education/Certifications:

Must have certification in ARDMS (American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers). 12 months experience in Vascular Ultrasound preferred. Must have certification in Vascular ultrasound or must obtain RVT (Registered Vascular Technologist) certification within 6 months from date of hire. Proficient Experience or specialties in ABD, Breast, OB/GYN, small parts, and scrotum preferred. 1-2 years of related clinical experience preferred. Graduate of CAAHEP accredited program in Ultrasonography. RDMS certification required. RVT certification required within 6 months of hire. Certification in OB/GYN preferred. BLS certified or must be obtained within 1 week of hire.

The starting hourly pay for this position is $36.14 per hour. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.
