We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Air Export Agent to join our team - based in Turin or Milan, Italy. As an Air Export Agent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and timely shipment processes for our international air freight operations. This position requires a professional individual with strong customer service skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Manage and coordinate air export shipments from origin to destination

• Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operational systems

• Track and trace shipments, providing proactive updates to customers

• Liaise with airlines, customs authorities, and other relevant parties

• Prepare and review export documentation for compliance with international regulations

• Resolve shipping discrepancies and customer inquiries promptly

• Optimize shipment routes and costs to enhance efficiency

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of export regulations and industry trends

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency

• 1-2 years proven experience in air export operations or related logistics role 

• Proficiency in relevant software applications, including MS Office suite

• In-depth knowledge of export compliance regulations and procedures

• General understanding of airline and logistics industry practices

• Excellent communication skills in both Italian and English (mandatory)

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure

• Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying improvement opportunities

• Exceptional time management and organizational abilities

• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
