Description
Tradesmen International is immediately hiring skilled Journeyman Painters for projects located in and around Pinellas Park, FL. This is a first shift opportunity with a pay rate of up to $22/hour based on experience & skill level. Job Scope:
Caulk windows, doors, door frames, horizontal, & vertical joints
Sand, prime, & spot conduit & j boxes
Remove gutter down spots when painting, caulking, or making repairs to stucco & reinstall when painting is complete
Remove all plastic, paper, & tape from building each day
Clean up job site
Caution off work area with tape & cones
Inspection on all phases of work
Pressure washing
Ensure all materials, equipment, & tools are safely stored
Other tasks as assigned
