Pay Rate: $16.00 - $17.30/hr Temp to perm

Shifts Available:

• 3rd Shift (Friday - Sunday) – 3 days

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Set up & operate machines based on dye orders and SOPs

• Thread fabric into machines like a pro – we’ll teach you how!

• Keep an eye on quality – ensure fabric is properly fed and defect-free

• Make machine adjustments to keep things running smoothly

• Enter production info into the WIP computer (basic typing skills = win!)

• Follow safety rules and help keep the workspace clean

• Work together with your crew to keep production moving!

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience)

• Strong attention to detail – we need sharp eyes and steady hands

• Ability to work independently but still be a team player

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment

• Basic computer skills (if you can send a text, you’re good!)

• Bilingual in English & Spanish? Even better!

Physical Requirements:

• On your feet 80% of the time – no boring desk work here!

• Lift up to 50 lbs occasionally – get your daily workout in!

• Use hands, fingers, wrists frequently to handle materials

• Be ready to stoop, kneel, crouch, climb, and balance as needed

Pay Details: $17.30 per hour
