We are seeking a self-directed, passionate professional with proven experience in driving marketing automation to support pipeline and demand generation, enhance customer experience in digital touchpoints, and visualize the customer journey. The Sr. Marketing Automation Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing the marketing automation platform (Marketo), manage the integration with CRM (Salesforce), manage consent management (OneTrust), and drive strategy and implementation of personalization (Recombee). This role will leverage data analytics and explore new technologies, including AI capabilities, to drive the success of our marketing initiatives.

This role requires a strong technical background in marketing automation, data analysis, and a deep understanding of marketing technology tools and trends. As a key member of the Marketing Operations team, you will oversee the entire customer lifecycle and handle daily details to meet KPIs and increase conversions from Leads to Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) to Opportunities. The ideal candidate is a forward-thinking problem solver with excellent troubleshooting skills, project leadership abilities, and a high-level understanding of system expertise. They should be detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and be skilled at using data to solve complex business problems.

This position reports to the Marketing Operations Manager within the Digital Marketing Transformation team.

Performance Objectives

  • Customer Lifecycle Management: Support essential marketing operations initiatives such as managing the lead and account lifecycle, lead and account scoring, lead nurturing, segmentation, and data cleansing.

  • Workflow Design: Design and properly QA nurture workflows, fully documenting the web and sequence of interactions.

  • Data Management: Ensure data integrity and accuracy within marketing databases, leveraging data hygiene practices and compliance with data protection regulations.

  • Data Analytics: Utilize analytics tools to extract insights from marketing data and drive data-driven decision-making.

  • Marketing Compliance: Ensure marketing activities comply with relevant data protection and privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and stakeholders to align technology and data strategies with overall business goals.

  • Automation Development: Develop and implement automated marketing workflows and processes to improve efficiency and scalability.

  • Campaign Optimization: Provide suggestions to continuously increase overall MQL conversions and drive Marketing Contributed Pipeline across touchpoints in the lifecycle (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU, upsell, cross-sell, win back, nurture, and evangelism).
