The Role

The Senior Lead Business Operations Manager will play a critical role in driving operational excellence and strategic initiatives within the organization. This role involves managing key business operations, optimizing processes, and ensuring seamless execution of projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business operations, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. The goal is to drive operational efficiency, foster a supportive work environment, and contribute to the company's ongoing success and growth.

Location

This is a work from home position within the U.S.

The Main Responsibilities

  • Expert executive story telling using visualizations.

  • Collaborate with business to evaluate problems and opportunities, defining comprehensive solutions that align with corporate strategy.

  • Assist in the planning and coordination of Townhall meetings, including scheduling, agenda creation, and logistics. Collaborate with internal teams to gather content and presentations for townhall events

  • Completion of data and gap analyses, process mapping, playbooks, governance documentation, and change management.

  • Provide real time information to our stakeholders with data insights and custom visualizations.

  • Own operational meetings program and governance.

  • Create dashboards and reports to provide insights into trends and performance metrics.

  • Create and maintain clear concise documentation, including business process diagrams, requirement documents, and project status reports.

  • Partner with stakeholders and cross functional teams to ensure reporting needs are met appropriately.

  • Prepare and deliver presentations to convey project updates and findings.

  • Develop and implement business strategies.

  • Enhance the employee experience.

  • Coordinate approval processes for hiring.

  • Oversee critical program facilitation.

  • Manage efforts to implement new tools and functionalities.

  • Execute additional assigned duties.

What We Look For in a Candidate

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and relevant experience required

  • 3+ years of experience managing communications processes and tools, team events and documentation

  • 3+ years of experience in analytics, process measures and report writing

  • Background in Network planning or Network engineering

  • Excellent Communication skills written, verbal, and presentation skills

  • Ability to multitask by working in a fast paced constantly changing environment

  • Ability to establish and maintain working relationships with individuals at all levels

  • Ability to effectively utilize MS Office Suite of Applications specially Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Compensation

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.

Location Based Pay Ranges:

$103,711 - $138,281 in these states: AL, AR, AZ, FL, GA, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, ME, MO, MS, MT, ND, NE, NM, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, UT, VT, WI, WV, and WY.

$108,896 - $145,195 in these states: CO, HI, MI, MN, NC, NH, NV, OR, and RI.

$114,082 - $152,109 in these states: AK, CA, CT, DC, DE, IL, MA, MD, NJ, NY, TX, VA, and WA.
