The Network Operations Coordinator 3 supports customer service activities through data integrity management of provider demographic information and claims data needed for service operations. The Network Operations Coordinator 3 performs advanced administrative/operational/customer support duties that require independent initiative and judgment.

The Network Operations Coordinator 3 manages provider data including but not limited to demographics, rates, and contract intent. Facilitates provider audits, provider service and relations, credentialing, and contract management systems. Executes processes for intake and manage provider perceived service failures. Decisions are typically focus on methods, tactics and processes for completing administrative tasks/projects. Regularly exercises discretion and judgment in prioritizing requests and interpreting and adapting procedures, processes and techniques, and works under limited guidance due to previous experience/breadth and depth of knowledge of administrative processes and organizational knowledge.

Required Qualifications

  • Prior experience in an administrative or customer support

  • Experience working with providers or provider data (claims, demographics)

  • Intermediate skills with Microsoft Word and Excel

  • Ability to work in a deadline driven environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Prior experience working in the healthcare insurance industry

  • Prior contract interpretation experience

Additional Information

This position is considered "remote/work at home" and can be based anywhere in the United States.

  • WAH requirements: Must have the ability to provide a high speed DSL or cable modem for a home office. Associates or contractors who live and work from home in the state of California will be provided payment for their internet expense.

  • A minimum standard speed for optimal performance of 25x10 (25mpbs download x 10mpbs upload) is required.

  • Satellite and Wireless Internet service is NOT allowed for this role.

  • A dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

$44,900 - $60,200 per year
