Honeywell Sr. IT Analyst in Phoenix, Arizona

As a Sr IT Analyst here at Honeywell, you will play a pivotal role in our Information Technology function. You will be responsible for analyzing IT systems, identifying opportunities for improvement, and providing valuable insights to enhance operational efficiency. Your expertise will help shape our technological landscape and contribute to our organization's technology roadmap.

You will report directly to our IT Manager and you’ll work out of Charlotte, NC or Phoenix, AZ location on a hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact our organization by driving IT strategies and projects, aligning them with business objectives. Your responsibilities will include analyzing IT systems, identifying areas for improvement, and driving innovative solutions. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of IT initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide expert support for the Hybrid Exchange environment, Exchange Online (GCCH tenant), including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance.

  • Manage and resolve complex technical issues related to Exchange Online and related services.

  • Ensure compliance with US regulations and data security standards.

  • Support Merger, Acquisition, Divestiture and Spin-off projects.

  • Collaborate with other IT teams to implement and maintain Exchange Online solutions.

  • Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency, reliability and compliance.

  • Assist in the migration and integration of Exchange Online services.

  • Develop and maintain documentation for processes, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.

  • Provide training and support to end-users on Exchange Online functionalities.

  • Stay up to date with the latest developments and updates in Microsoft 365 and GCC High environments.

MUST HAVE

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Exchange Online support

  • Experience working in large organizations with US regulated data.

  • Strong understanding of Exchange Online, Office 365, and related technologies.

  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

  • Knowledge of US data security regulations and compliance requirements.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Microsoft Certified: Exchange Online Administrator Associate or similar certification.

  • Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation.

  • Familiarity with other Microsoft 365 services and integrations.
