Software Engineer Integration
PetSmart LLC seeks a full-time Software Engineer Integration based at our office in Phoenix, AZ. The Software Engineer Integration is responsible for building detailed technical design and specification documents to meet business needs, considering capabilities, risks, and system dependencies. Execute the build, test, and deployment of full lifecycle solutions for Application Integration & Data Analytics (data integration) solutions. Build implementation plan and coordinate deployment with platform teams. Champion efforts to ensure appropriate development best practices. Work on multiple concurrent projects, meet business expectations, influence outcomes, and maintain stated timelines.
This position requires a Bachelors degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field and 3 years related experience. Must also have 12 months of experience with each of the following: 1) Developing data pipelines using Informatica Power Center 9.x/10.x, B2B Data Exchange and integrating with SAP, Oracle12c, SQL Server, Netezza, Snowflake, and TIBCO EMS; 2) Large and complex ETL flows and implementing concepts like push-down optimization, indexing, and partitioning; 3) All stages of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), from business analysis to design, development, testing, deployment, and documentation; 4) Shell scripting or equivalent; and 5) Enterprise Schedulers for job orchestration, such as TIDAL.
