The Network & Acquiring Solutions (NAS) team at American Express powers global payments, working across business units and with key industry stakeholders. We tackle critical challenges like securing online transactions and driving innovation in payment solutions.

The Network Delivery team is modernizing our network with products like Debit, QR, Tokenization and Account to Account payments, enabling expansion into new markets, customer acquisition, and regulatory compliance.

How will you make an impact in this role?

As a Senior Envisioning Manager for Strategic Network Solutions your role will have best elements of Senior Business Analyst and Business Transformation Consultant roles. You’ll bridge the gap between business and technology by interpreting business requirements into capability needs for technical delivery. You’ll solve complex problems, assess alternative solutions, and design innovative deliverables that align with strategic goals. You’ll also build relationships across teams, influence stakeholders, and present insights to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business partners to define scope, value, and strategic alignment of priorities.

  • Lead transformational initiatives, enhancing and introducing new network capabilities.

  • Present complex ideas clearly to senior leadership.

  • Provide consultancy on network ecosystems, capabilities and discovery best practices.

  • Deliver solutions with business and technology partners.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to clearly articulate complexities

  • Strong collaboration, presentation and influencing skills

  • Experience in business transformation and Agile frameworks.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience driving results in a global environment.

  • Payments industry experience is preferred but not essential.

Qualifications

Salary Range: $90,000.00 to $165,000.00 annually bonus benefits

The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we’ll consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors.
