Job Description
One of largest eCommerce companies (headquartered in Seattle, WA) is looking for high-judgment individuals to join us as a Merchant Risk Investigator to evaluate third-party selling accounts.
Responsibilities include investigating selling accounts with payment or general account issues, communicating via email with merchants, achieving productivity and quality standards for investigations, and participating in special projects to reduce payment-related issues and bad debt.
You will compile, organize, prepare, and maintain records and reports, use independent judgment in various situations, and plan and prioritize daily assignments.
You will identify gaps, mitigate risks, establish teamwork, work closely with stakeholders, and maintain excellent relations with stakeholders and merchants.
