REMOTE RECEPTIONIST/ASST HR ADMIN NEEDED - IMMEDIATE HIRE NEEDED

ABCO Maintenance is a full-service commercial facility maintenance/construction company that has been serving the Tri-State area for 40 years. We are actively recruiting a Receptionist/HR Admin to join our team.

  • Salary: $16 to $18+ per hour based on experience.

  • ALL EQUIPMENT PROVIDED BY ABCO.

Job Description:

  • Ability to answer a high volume of phone calls and type concurrently

  • Able to manage fast paced environment with conflicting priorities

  • Customer service oriented

  • Assisting with HR work as needed

Additional responsibilities added as needed.

Position Requirements

  • Must have a proven track record of employment - one job of at least 5-yers, at the same company.

  • Reliable employee - abilty to work M to F from 830a to 5p (EST)

  • Receptionist Experience required

  • Must be comfortable working under pressure and in a fast paced environment

  • Previous HR experience preferred

  • Proficient typing and MS Office skills are required
