We are seeking a skilled and experienced Reach Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating reach trucks to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise. The Reach Operator is accountable for the safe and efficient operation of the equipment and may also be required to perform other warehouse duties as needed. Updated Resume is Needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate reach trucks to transport materials and products within the warehouse.

• Load and unload goods from trucks and containers.

• Pick and place items from and into storage racks accurately.

• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance checks on reach trucks and other equipment.

• Organize and secure materials in designated storage areas.

• Perform inventory counts and assist with inventory management.

• Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

• Assist with other warehouse tasks, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping orders.

• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient workflow.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Valid reach truck operator certification.

• Proven experience as a reach truck operator or in a similar role.

• Knowledge of warehouse operations and best practices.

• Ability to operate reach trucks and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.

• Attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Basic computer skills for inventory management and record-keeping.

Working Conditions:

• This role involves working in a warehouse environment.

• The position may require standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods.

• Personal protective equipment (PPE) such as safety shoes, gloves, and vests may be required.

salary: $18 - $23 per hour
