Insight Global Project Coordinator (Salesforce & Process Mapping) in Phoenix, Arizona

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator with expertise in Salesforce and process mapping to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing workflows, documenting processes, and implementing solutions using Salesforce and Visio.

Key Responsibilities:

Salesforce Optimization: Utilize Salesforce to help manage opportunities from sales teams and convert them into proposals. Understand Salesforce functionalities to optimize workflow and user experience.

Process Mapping: Design and document all processes using Visio. Create detailed workflow diagrams and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure clarity and efficiency.

Documentation and Implementation: Document and map all processes, ensuring they are implemented effectively. Maintain and update process maps as needed.

Collaboration: Work closely with team members to establish and stand up necessary processes and systems.

Task and Dashboard Management: Use Salesforce tasks and dashboards to track progress and ensure all activities are aligned with project goals.

Manual Process Translation: Translate manual processes into Salesforce workflows, considering the architecture and user experience.

Project Coordination: Coordinate project activities, ensuring timelines are met and deliverables are achieved.

Skills and Requirements

-Excellent proficiency in Salesforce in order to optimize the current workflow.

-Very strong skills in process mapping, must be able to get all necessary processes documented and mapped, to then be implemented.

-Strong skills in using Visio for designing workflows.

-Experience in documenting and implementing processes.

-Ability to understand and optimize workflows within Salesforce.

-Strong organizational and communication skills.

-Ability to work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders. -Knowledge of process improvement methodologies.

-Experience in creating and managing SOPs.

-Familiarity with Salesforce tasks and dashboards. null
