Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our Arizona branch. The CSR will be responsible for handling customer orders and quotes, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional service at every step. This role involves direct communication with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and Process Customer Orders/Quotes:

o Manage orders and quotes received via email, phone, or walk-ins.

o Accurately document customer information and order details.

• Acknowledge and Confirm Orders:

o Send prompt acknowledgment emails or provide verbal confirmation to

customers.

o Ensure clear and professional communication.

• Review and Validate Orders:

o Check orders/quotes for completeness and accuracy, including specifications,

quantities, and delivery requirements.

o Identify and resolve any unclear or missing details by contacting customers

directly.

• Prepare Documentation:

o Create detailed cover pages with customer information, order specifics, and

special instructions.

o Highlight important details for programming, such as quantities and insulation

requirements.

• Coordinate with Internal Teams:

o Forward documentation to the programming team and ensure priority handling for

urgent orders.

o Collaborate with production managers to address any fabrication concerns.

• Customer Follow-Up:

o Provide customers with quotes, lead times, and order confirmations.

o Ensure timely and professional communication at all stages.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Proficiency with email and basic office software.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Prior experience in customer service or a similar role is a plus.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00
