Job Title: Production Assembler

Job Description

Responsible for the daily processing of medical kits, working with the refurbished kit building stations or building new kits from scratch. This role involves working in various departments including Inspection, Refurbishment, QA Packing, Shipping and Packing, and New Kits.

Responsibilities

• Manufacturing new kits per work order and customer specifications

• Disassemble, inspect, repair, and repack kits per work order

• Handle tedious counting consecutively for the medical kits

• Input orders or document progress on an order using basic computer knowledge

Essential Skills

• Experience in production and assembly

• Data entry experience

• Attention to detail and experience with quality control

• Ability to work well with numbers and counting

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Basic computer skills, preferably with experience in Microsoft Dynamics GP

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Strong tenure in previous roles

Work Environment

Shift: 5:00 am - 3:30 pm, Monday to Friday, with potential shifts on Saturday. Current employees average 55 hours per week, with top performers averaging 63-65 hours. The work environment includes carpet floors and is climate controlled. It is detail-oriented and not fast-paced. The culture is great, with a friendly and masked environment.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Phoenix, Arizona.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00
