We are in search of a Plaintiff's Personal Injury Litigation Legal Assistant to join our law firm client's team in Phoenix, Arizona. This role involves handling various administrative legal assistant responsibilities within a plaintiff's personal injury law firm setting, including calendaring, docketing and court filings (AZ and CA courts preferred). Must be tech savvy and preferably have Filevine experience.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the administration of plaintiff personal injury claims

• Manage the calendar to ensure all deadlines and appointments are met

• Utilize different software such as 3M, Aderant, Adobe Acrobat, FileVine and Law Tool Box to streamline work processes

• Handle complaints effectively and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction

• Calendaring and docketing.

• Maintain a thorough and organized record of all case files

• Exhibit excellent communication skills to interact with clients, attorneys, and court personnel

• Use FileVine for case management and tracking

• Ensure all client information is updated and accurate in the system.

Requirements

• Applicant must have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a litigation legal assistant.

• Proficient with 3M software.

• Must be skilled in using Adobe Acrobat.

• Familiarity with FileVine software is essential.

• The candidate should be adept at calendaring, docketing and court filings.

• Calendar management skills are necessary.

• Experience in claim administration is a must.

• Excellent communication skills are required.

• Should have experience in complaint handling
