Position: Physical Therapist - Outpatient

Location: 1661 E Camelback Rd, Suite 152 Phoenix, AZ 85016

Incentives: $10,000 Bonus and Student Debt Benefit

Schedule: Full-Time,Monday-Friday

Compensation: Salaried, starting at $74,000 and up, commensurate with experience, PLUS Sign-on Bonus and Student Debt Benefit Program

Spacious clinic that is well equipped and treats a wide age range of patients, primarily treating orthopedic related injuries. Join a great atmosphere, with another PT, PTA and front office staff to round out this clinic in a great location.

Responsibilities

• Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations

• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients

• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors

• Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager

Qualifications

• Graduate from an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited PT school

• Valid State Physical Therapist License

• CPR certification
