Hiring Remote Agents in CA, NV, AZ only

Equipment provided

Pay Rate: $20-$24/hr

Duration: Contract with potential for extension 3-6months

Schedule: M-F 8am-5pm

Summary: Providing meaningful support to prospective patients by processing incoming referrals and scheduling clinical visits. Coordinate

patient visits with clinician schedules and support mileage tracking to create efficiencies. Create positive impact on payor client engagement goals and grow enrollment numbers through targeted outreach, enrollment, and scheduling.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Is bilingual in Spanish

• 3-5 years of recent healthcare experience

• Has high call volume/outreach experience within healthcare

• Has worked with medicare plans

• Has reliable internet and a quiet place to work
