- Maintain the aesthetic and functional aspects of the company grounds, including landscaping, lawn care, and seasonal plantings.\ - Perform regular inspections of grounds and facilities to identify maintenance needs and areas for improvement.\ - Utilize landscaping equipment and tools safely and effectively to complete landscaping tasks.\ - Assist in the setup and breakdown of company events and functions held on the grounds.\ - Collaborate with the facilities team to ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.\ - Perform routine maintenance on production equipment and machinery\ - Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions\ - Repair and replace defective parts, components, or systems\ - Ensure all maintenance tasks are completed in a timely and safe manner\ - Maintain accurate records of maintenance performed and parts used\ -Other duties as required\ -Safety Sensitive Positions\ \ Work Environment:\ -Primary work environment is the production floor.\ - Secondary work environment is the office.\ - Able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.\ - Able to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) through the entire shift.\ - Ability to be aware of surroundings for safety concerns.\ - While performing duties of this job the employee will be required to frequently stand on their feet for extended periods of time. Occasion stooping and walking will be required.
