Job Title: Foreman
Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Journeyman Sheet Metal Installer with 5-10 years of experience in Commercial and Industrial Construction. The ideal candidate will have a good attitude, be a self-starter, and be ready to take on various tasks as needed.
Responsibilities
Install assemblies such as flashing, pipes, tubes, heating and air conditioning systems, and furnace casings in supportive frameworks.
Select gauges and types of sheet metal or non-metallic materials according to product specifications.
Cut and punch holes in metal for screws, bolts, and rivets.
Fabricate or alter parts at construction sites using shears, hammers, punches, and drills.
Trim, file, grind, deburr, buff, and smooth surfaces, seams, and joints of assembled parts using hand tools and portable power tools.
Install hanging straps, round and rectangular ducting, uni-strut hangers, air-handlers, and ductless split systems.
Perform tasks such as trash removal, scrap cleanup, relocating material, and any other duties as requested by the on-site foreman.
Essential Skills
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Journeyman/ in sheet metal installation.
Proficiency in installing rectangle, square, round, and spiral, rigid, and flex duct work.
Experience in commercial and industrial construction.
Ability to read blueprints and understand construction plans.
Competence in handling sheet metal tools and equipment.
Good physical condition and strength with the ability to work in awkward spaces.
Ability to work individually or with a team to complete projects from start to finish.
Capability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Diploma from a trade school or successful completion of an apprenticeship is a plus.
Valid Driver’s License.
OSHA 10 or 30 certification is a plus.
Must have reliable transportation.
Own necessary sheet metal tools and cordless power drill.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Phoenix, Arizona.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr.
