A growing company in Phoenix, AZ is hiring a Global Support Team Representative - No Phones!!!

Skills Needed:
Must have excellent written communication skills (email)
Strong Customer Service Skills
Experience navigating multiple systems at a time
Experience Creating RMA's and creating shipping and return labels is a huge plus!
Ticketing systems, Salesforce, helpdesk, ERP, email support, cases
A day in the role:
The Global Support Team Representative will answering incomingtickets via email regarding the status of the equipment return. They will be creating RMA's, return shipping labels, and closing cases for all globalcustomers.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00
