Job Description

Our client is seeking a ERP/HR Business Analyst to join their team! This is an exciting, full-time, career opportunity that is 75% functional and 25% technical, offering a dynamic environment where you can leverage your expertise in HR, Payroll, and ERP systems. You will play a crucial role in their HR/Payroll implementation of their proprietary ERP system to their government clients in the Phoenix area.

The perfect candidate will look like some who comes from an extensive HR background in 4 of the following- Benefits, Payroll, Employee Records, HR Reporting, Compensation, Labor Relations, Recruiting/Staffing/Talent Management, W-2/W-4 Reporting. As well as experience being hands on supporting ERP implementations in Oracle, PeopleSoft, SAP or Lawson. This person will be a fast learner, go-getter, consultive and a self starter. Additionally, experience with CGI Advantage highly preferred.

Skills and Requirements

Experience supporting ERP implementations technically and functionally

Experience with ERP Systems- Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft, Lawson, CGI Advantage

2 years of experience in HR

Experience with systems configurations, business process and testing Experience with CGI Advantage

Experience working for a government entity null
