ManpowerGroup Design Engineer - Pipeline in Phoenix, Arizona

We are seeking talented Design Engineers for upcoming roles that will be available, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and developing high-quality products from initial idea to final production. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that designs meet both aesthetic and functional requirements.

Job Title: Design Engineer

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Pay Range: $70K-$110K Yearly

What’s the Job?

  • Create innovative design concepts and detailed engineering drawings using CAD software.

  • Conduct feasibility studies and prototyping to validate design ideas.

  • Collaborate with product management, manufacturing, and quality assurance teams to ensure designs are practical and meet project specifications.

  • Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and technologies to enhance design quality.

  • Assist in troubleshooting design issues and provide solutions during the manufacturing process.

What’s Needed?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or related field.

  • Proven experience as a Design Engineer or in a similar role.

  • Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA).

  • Strong understanding of engineering principles and manufacturing processes.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with 3D modeling and simulation software.

  • Familiarity with product lifecycle management (PLM) tools.

  • Knowledge of materials and manufacturing techniques.
