Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Data Entry - 2 role. The successful candidate will be based in Phoenix, Arizona, 85027, United States. In this role, you will be responsible for executing data entry tasks, processing customer requests, and maintaining precise records.
Responsibilities:
• Ensure accurate and effective data entry activities
• Manage and process new line submission prospect entry, in line with business rules
• Maintain and index all supporting documentation in the underwriting file
• Handle endorsement triage processing and branch service requests
• Generate correspondence related to new line submissions in compliance with corporate rules
• Implement broker of record changes, workorder creation, and manage loss control reports
• Validate agency licensing and index all supporting documentation
• Provide timely responses to customer requests, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills
• Organize workload effectively to meet business objectives
• Develop proficiency in applicable technology and processing tools
• Demonstrate a basic understanding of business unit objectives and customer service targets. Requirements • Proficiency in data entry and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Experience with documentation procedures and policies
• Ability to conduct training on data entry procedures
• Knowledge of the software 'About Time' is a plus
• Aptitude for handling correspondence in a detail oriented manner
• Ability to perform ad hoc financial tasks when required
• Proven customer support experience
• Familiarity with licensing procedures and submission protocols
• Understanding of basic business principles
• Willingness to work onsite when needed
• Experience with underwriting is desirable
• Ability to meet set targets within the business unit
• Experience with sending official notices
• Capability to develop and execute validation plans
• Ability to communicate in a detail oriented manner
• Understanding of the overall business objective
• Experience in triage situations is an advantage.
