Adecco US, Inc. CWR Specialist Logistics in Phoenix, Arizona

Shift Details:

Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Job Overview:

As a Logistics Specialist, you will provide support in order entry, scheduling, tracking, and billing. You will work with a team to assist large customers and carriers in ensuring timely and efficient deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Input customer orders into the Freight Optimizer system.

  • Communicate load status and updates to account managers, customers, and receivers.

  • Monitor daily pick-ups and deliveries to ensure on-time, damage-free arrivals.

  • Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely deliveries and validate load data for accounting.

  • Investigate and document product issues such as overages, shortages, and damages.

  • Schedule and adjust delivery appointments based on account manager direction.

  • Provide drivers with accurate routing instructions.

  • Collaborate with the team to achieve business goals.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • 1 year of customer service experience.

  • Strong phone and email communication skills.

Preferred:

  • Experience with reports and correspondence.

  • Basic knowledge of the transportation industry.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Pay Details: $19.00 per hour
