Concierge Physician Opportunity Flexible Per Diem Role

Banner Health , Arizona's leading healthcare provider, is seeking a Per Diem Concierge Physician to join our team in North Phoenix. This unique role offers the opportunity to support an established concierge practice by stepping in when the primary care provider is unavailable.

This position is ideal for a physician who values flexibility, patient-focused care, and being part of an innovative and trusted healthcare organization.

Position Highlights:

• Provide concierge-level care for patients in a collaborative and supportive environment

• Flexible per diem schedule covering patient calls and same day/next-day clinic visits

• Outpatient-only care with no hospital duties

• Comprehensive support including a nurse navigator, care coordination resources, and access to Banners extensive network of specialists and ancillary services

Qualifications:

• ABMS Board Certified/Eligiblein Family Medicine

• Must have experience in Primary Care

• Patient-focused, friendly, and willing to collaborate in a team environment

• Willingness to provide coverage on short notice in rare situations
