Bright Horizons Child Care Field Teacher in Phoenix, Arizona

We are hiring for a Field Teacher! This teacher must be willing to travel to multiple centers in the North Phoenix/Scottsdale area!

As a Child Care Teacher, you will:

  • Create and lead activities based on your observations of the children’s interests and needs.

  • Communicate daily with parents. Document and share the important milestones in their child’s day.

  • Keep the classroom safe and clean by following important procedures and guidelines.

Requirements:

Candidates must pass required state and company background checks, and meet state and company minimum education and experience requirements:

  • At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED required (MUST show proof of high school completion per AZ licensing Guidelines)

  • AA/BA in Early Childhood Education preferred

  • 6 months of teaching experience in a licensed child care center required

Compensation Range: $17.75 - $21.70 / hr

Actual compensation offers will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education and training, certifications, geography, and other relevant business or organizational factors.
