TEKsystems Chat Customer Experience Specialist in Phoenix, Arizona
Description:
This team will take calls that are being escalated from the Cancellation or Negotiations team.
Roles and Responsibilities:
o Customer service. All chat in Email.
o ALL written communication
Assist with managing subscriptions.
Hours: Tuesday through Saturday 9 – 5:30pm, ½ hour lunch.
