Our client is an industry-leading bank with urgent needs for Call Center Representatives in Phoenix, AZ. This is a 3-month assignment with potential to extend or become a permanent employee. Candidates must have availability to work weekends and holidays, and must be available to work the following shifts (3pm-11pm, 5pm-2am, 7pm-4am). Please review all details below before ing.

salary: $19 - $20 per hour

shift: Third

work hours: 7 PM - 5 AM

education: High School

Responsibilities

• Providing quality customer experience while working to resolve customers' complaints and inquiries while handling high volume calls and navigated phone systems and computer applications.

• Researching cases independently.

• Handling inquiries for payments, lost/stolen credit cards, dispute, fraud, transaction review, digital options, balance transfers.

• Responsible for reviewing customers' credit cart profile, payments, reviewing accounts, assisting the customer to understand their balances.

• 75-100 calls per day (3-5 minutes per call)

• Transfer more complex or escalated calls to other departments as necessary.
