Business Systems Analyst ( API Governance, Apigee & DataPower experience ) :

• Establish and maintain a central repository for API inventory management, including classification, ownership, and rating systems

• Develop and implement API governance frameworks and compliance standards

• Collect, catalog, and rank APIs used throughout PNC's infrastructure

• Generate monthly metric reports on API compliance status for upper management

• Collaborate with application owners to develop and execute API compliance plans

• Monitor and evaluate APIs across different management platforms

• Provide comprehensive analysis of PNC's API landscape and compliance status

• Create and maintain documentation for API governance processes and standards

  Required Qualifications (Skills, Experience, Education, Certifications) :

• Experience with API management platforms, specifically Apigee and IBM DataPower

• Knowledge of enterprise API governance frameworks, management practices and compliance standards

• Experience in establishing and maintaining technical documentation repositories

• Proficiency with Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft Office suite

• Preferred: Experience with Confluence and Apache API management tools
