Our client in North Phoenix is looking to fill several Banking Call Center Agent positions on their Consumer Lending team. This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with an established company in the financial field without any direct financial services experience. If you're looking for the next step in your customer service career, please today! Operating Hours: 4:00am - 9:00pm (4 weekdays + Sat OR Sun) This job is fully onsite.

salary: $19.99 - $20 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 4 AM - 12 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

OPERATING HOURS: 4am - 830pm; Mon-Sun (Required to work Sunday or Saturdays as part as permaennt schedule with 1 day off in the week)

• Must be available for 7 weeks of training during the hours of M-F 8am - 430p

• Handling 75-100 inbound calls per day

• Responsible for providing quality customer service while working to resolve customer's complaints and inquiries.

• Will be reviewing the customer's credit card profile, payments, reviewing accounts, and assisting the customer by helping them understand their balances

• Will transfer escalated calls to another department
