Description We are seeking an Associate Attorney to join our team. This role operates within the civil litigation sector, with a specific focus on collections, post judgments, and creditors' rights. The role is based in Phoenix, Arizona, and offers an exciting opportunity for career growth and development.

Responsibilities:

• Handle a high volume of civil litigation cases, focusing primarily on collections, post judgments, and creditors' rights.

• Utilize accounting software systems and enterprise resource planning tools to manage case files efficiently.

• Engage in heavy case management to ensure timely resolution of cases.

• Communicate effectively with clients and other legal professionals to provide updates and gather necessary information.

• Utilize CRM systems to track client interactions and case progress.

• Conduct auditing activities to ensure compliance with legal standards and regulations.

• Handle claim administration duties as necessary.

• Leverage your understanding of accounting functions to handle financial aspects of cases.

• Work remotely a few days a week, once settled into the role.

• Continuously update your knowledge about time management and ERP solutions to improve efficiency and productivity in the role. Requirements • The candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of experience as an Associate Attorney or in a related role.

• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required.

• Must have experience with ADP - Financial Services.

• Knowledge of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools is essential.

• Familiarity with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning and ERP Solutions is required.

• Experience with 'About Time' software is necessary.

• The candidate must be competent in handling Accounting Functions.

• Auditing skills are a must.

• Must have experience in Claim Administration.

• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, are required.
