  • ​This job is a member of the Passenger Interline Team within the Revenue Accounting Division. This position will be responsible for supporting Interline Settlement and Audit operations and industry initiatives through data gathering and analysis.

What you'll do

  • Support Passenger Interline Department

  • Data gathering/mining and analysis; identify and raise billing issues (root cause) and recommend solutions

  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly tasks ensuring Interline billing accuracy and timeliness

  • Ensure compliance with the industry rules, oneworld™ alliance policy and procedures, and bilateral agreements

  • Maintain and audit Interline master reference tables that drive data processing and file creation

  • Monitor data processing, file creation, and exchanges

  • Communicate with Interline partners to resolve billing issues

  • Maintain and explain monthly billing trends, statistics, and forecasts

  • Create ad-hoc reports and presentations as needed for both internal and external customers

All you'll need for success

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field – accounting, finance, data analytics, or equivalent education/experience

  • 5-7 years of related work experience in an analytical role

  • Experience in finance or accounting-related discipline

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • ​General knowledge of ticketing and airline revenue accounting processes

  • Data mining and analytics experience

  • Project Management

  • Proficient in SQL, Power BI, Microsoft Excel, or other Business Intelligence tools

  • Understanding of Agile Process (ADO)

Skills, Licenses & Certifications

  • ​Ability to lead, coach, and mentor

  • Ability to logically structure and summarize the analysis of complex issues and develop solutions to business problems and operational challenges

  • Proven track record of demonstrating analytical aptitude including Excel proficiency – formulas, pivot tables, and macros

  • Ability to manage multiple relationships and projects, prioritize opportunities, and take initiative toward achieving a common goal

  • Ability to independently and proactively identify issues, analyze data, and propose solutions with an appropriate sense of urgency

  • Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to build relationships and interact productively with various departments and all levels of management

  • Ability to work effectively both as part of a team and independently

  • Willingness to show initiative and take ownership of job responsibilities with a positive attitude

  • Creative thought process, visionary attitude, and innate curiosity

  • Outstanding organizational skills and high level of detail orientation
