Honeywell Aerospace in Phoenix Arizona is seeking an experienced Materials Scheduler to join their team.

The Materials Scheduler is a key contributor to our production team, responsible for efficiently planning and coordinating the flow of materials. As a Materials Scheduler, you will collaborate with purchasing, production, and engineering departments to ensure seamless material availability throughout the production process.

Day Shift: Monday - Friday 6am - 2pm or 7am - 3pm

Pay rate: Starting at $27/HR

Key Responsibilities:

• Material Planning and Scheduling: Develop and manage production schedules, ensuring timely availability of materials for manufacturing operations.

• Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with purchasing, production, and engineering teams to align material requirements with production needs.

• Experience and Judgment: Rely on your experience and sound judgment to make informed decisions related to material planning and scheduling.

• Leadership: May lead and direct the work of others, ensuring smooth material flow throughout the production cycle.

• Problem-Solving: Address scheduling challenges, adapt to changes, and optimize resource utilization.

• Reporting: Typically report to a manager or department head, providing updates on material availability and production timelines.

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

• Experience: A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in materials planning, production scheduling, or a related field.

Skills:

• Materials management

• Supply chain knowledge

• Effective communication

• Attention to detail

• Problem-solving abilities

Must be:

• Proficient with software systems (SAP).

• Proficient with Microsoft Office (including Excel, Access)

• Previous Aerospace Material Scheduling is preferred.

Pay Details: $29.66 per hour
