ENTRUST Solutions Group Administrative Assistant in Phoenix, Arizona

Description

As an Administrative Assistant you will be responsible for:

The Administrative Assistant will work closely with onboarding of newly hired contract employees. This individual will be scheduling drug screens, assisting with scheduling of training, and helping with timesheets. Performs day-to-day administrative support activities for assigned Business Unit.

  • Research, prioritize, and follow up on multiple incoming issues and concerns, including those of a sensitive and/or confidential nature; determine appropriate course of action, referral, and/or response.

  • Onboard new hires regarding BU specifics

  • Coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference calls

  • Arrange meeting rooms, equipment, and scheduling of training.

  • Prioritize tasks and ensure deadlines are met.

  • Collaborate with other departments to facilitate interdepartmental communication.

  • Liaison with building maintenance companies and personnel

  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required.

  • 2-5 years prior experience with working knowledge of administrative support activities

  • Knowledge of software tools to include, but not limited to Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, Adobe

  • Knowledge of office protocols and procedures

  • Must have effective communication both written and verbal to convey information.
