Description

We are working with a local client who is looking for an Accountant to join their team in Phoenix, Arizona. This role primarily focuses on the management of accounts payable and accounts receivables, account reconciliation, and month end. The successful Accountant candidate will have a crucial role in maintaining the day-to-day accounting operations and month end responsibilities.

Requirements

• Proficient in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Experience with account reconciliation

• Knowledge of invoice processing and payable invoices

• Familiarity with check runs and coding invoices

• Skilled in data entry

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

• Experience with QuickBooks Online

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Proven problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality of sensitive financial information
