Key Responsibilities

  • Follow EHS Responsibilities & Accountabilities in accordance with Company Policy

  • Strictly comply with all safety rules issued by Company and comply with Code of Ethics

  • Follow the assignment of SVC FOD Foremen / Supervisor. Prompt response to customers’ requests and explain the work to customers

  • Maintain unit maintenance schedule and execute any call-backs from the Call-back Centre and customers

  • Implement preventive maintenance works within the approved time to ensure the unit in good condition and fill in the maintenance checklist. During the routine maintenance, always try to find the opportunities for new T-job and report to Foreman for further action. Do the T-job if required

  • After finishing the job (maintenance, repair), fill the FHR (Field Hour Report) with full information (arrival time, completion time, status of unit, reason of breakdown, solution, material replacement) and submit to customer for their signature. With T contract, after completion he should submit the hand over minutes to customer for their signature

  • Report and recommend to SVC FOD Foreman / Supervisor any parts replacement / repairs after routine maintenance

  • Report any difficult repair jobs to SVC FOD Supervisor to get the advice or support to ensure the problem will be fixed completely

  • Inform the callback center on the final project and last working time for recording. With repair job, inform the callback center arrival time, finish time, reason and solution of problem

  • Co-ordinate & supervision on repair works carried out by sub-contractors.

  • Report the status of the units to SVC FOD Supervisor/HoD

  • Timely reporting the daily/weekly/monthly works to SVC FOD Supervisor/HoD

  • Work overtime when necessary and required by Foreman / Supervisor / Manager. Take stand-by during non-working hour /days; and report to callback center in the next day all the repair information in this period

  • Ready to support other SVC FOD member, working in the teamwork mindset

  • When stand-by in the office, ready to help store-keeper to ensure the storage always in 5S condition. Keep the SVC FOD area in well-organized and clean condition

  • Attend all the safety training (if required) to ensure working in safe manner; and must attend all the technical training to improve the knowledge

  • Keep company’s equipment in good condition. Report and request to replace malfunction equipment (if receiving the warnings from maintenance company)

  • Perform other related duties may be assigned by Supervisor/HoD

Requirement

  • College / University degree with a major in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

  • Min. 2 years of experience in service and maintenance field

  • Fresh graduate are welcome to apply and will be considered for junior field position

  • Honest, responsible, hardworking with good customer/service oriented

  • Willing to learn, grow and possess a good teamwork spirit
