Your day at NTT DATA
We are looking for a qualified Sales administrator to join team and help us achieve our goals. You will serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about products, orders and deliveries and provide support for sales representatives. Our ideal candidate is goal-oriented and has a deep knowledge of customer service best practices.
What you'll be doing
Key Responsibilities:
Interact with customers to provide information, resolve inquiries, and ensure a positive customer experience. This may include responding to emails, phone calls, inquiries through various channels and follow up project status.
Create quotations for customer that handling on projects (SI , ISP, MA Service, Licensing ....etc)
Making agreement, contract master plan with customer for the confirmation.
Create SalesForce opportunity for sale revenue
To perform all required administrative and data entry duties and daily necessary needed administrative from customer
Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring that orders are fulfilled and delivered in a timely manner.
Collaborate for communication with related project with different departments such as technical , CP , pre-sale to ensure seamless communication and coordination of sales activities.
Other task assign by management.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business administration or related field
Proven work experience as a Sale Admin or similar role within 2 years.
Good at speak English.
Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills.
Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and are adept at working with multiple stakeholders
Ability to work under strict deadlines
Understanding knowledge of SI, ISP and PJ
Influencing and negotiation skills.
Outstanding all-round communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
Can work under pressure for meeting the company’s target.
Job commitment, team work, good attitude, friendly and outgoing personality.
Passion to lean new product technologies.
Able to travelling local oversea.
