Confidential Employer Turn Key Coordinator in PHILADELPHIA, Pennsylvania
The Turnkey Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of work efforts by sub contracted turnkey contractors and development of expertise during the various ship building production phases of work within the Accommodation areas.

- Ensure that all PSI safety procedures, rules and regulations are followed and met.
- Develop and implement SOP's and other procedures to assure the following are successfully achieved:
- HSE relate to ship construction
- Materials and material management
- Ship specifications and contract requirements
- Class and USCG requirements and rules
- PSI test procedures
- Actively engage in the management of the overall project life-cycle and provides timely reporting and contract related documents.
- Track project from prefabrication phase thru delivery.

``` - Work closely with Turn-key sub-contractors, Material control Coordinator and PSI production supervisors.

``` - Coordinate activities between the sub-contractors and PSI supervisors while maintaining the overall planning schedule. - Responsible for time schedule and quality of turnkey deliveries - Basic Knowledge of classifications USCG, ABS, USPH - Perform other related duties as required. - Knowledge of handling of turnkey process is plus. - Hold sub-contractors standard of quality and efficiency to a high level - COMPETENCIES - Able to communication effectively with all levels of the organization - Self-management - Thoroughness, flexibility, integrity - Decision making/problem solving - Adaptability and organizational skills and understanding - Conflict resolution - Strategic thinking - Stress management - Willingness and ability to work as a team member
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years experience in manufacturing industry

``` - Knowledge/experience of Project based engineering process - Ability to read engineering drawings and specifications - Knowledge and experience in production work methods, capability to make productivity/efficiency comparisons. - General office administrative experience - Experience in MS Office Suite - Strong communication and organizational skills
