HOW WILL YOU MAKE CHANGE HAPPEN

The Trainer ensures the training and change readiness of the organization for a new back office implementation. Acceptance Criteria team with the capability to support training plan development, training content development, and training execution throughout the implementation

YOU WILL:

Develop training materials, including instructor-led content, self-paced modules, TTT materials, simulations, and job aids.

Coordinate with technical and business SMEs to ensure training materials are accurate and aligned with system functionality and business processes.

Facilitate training sessions and manage the logistics for scheduling and delivery (in-person and virtual formats).

Set up and maintain the test environment, enabling end users to practice using the system.

Set up and maintain self-paced learning in Success Factors LMS.

Collect feedback from participants and update training materials as needed, ensuring alignment with the OCM team reviews at the end of each sprint.

Track training effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and performance metrics.

Traineris expected to be on-site, once a month for 4 days in Harrisburg, PA.
