Job Summary The Testing Coordinator position is a full-time, temporary, administrative position in the Office of Disability Resources (ODR) at Drexel University. The Testing Coordinator manages the operations of the testing center and supervises part-time graduate student proctors. The position will be part of a professional team whose responsibility is to facilitate auxiliary aids, accommodations, and resources for students with disabilities at Drexel University, reporting to the Director & ADA Coordinator. Essential Functions Coordinates various aspects of the Testing Center, test registration and availability, and scheduling of exams based on data from the Clockwork database. Provides excellent customer service to students and faculty. Administers, proctors, and transmits results of all tests administered by the Testing Center. Collects and maintains Testing Center data, including the number of exams proctored per term and location, number of students tested, number of tests given, and type of tests. Trains, mentors, schedules, and oversees the work of other Testing Center staff, including hiring and supervising part-time student workers. Possesses exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. Other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Analytics, or a related field. Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience, preferably in higher education. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in a fast-paced environment. Ability to maintain strong relationships with academic partners. Ability to problem solve and assist individual students, faculty, and staff. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to confidentiality of student information and records. Excellent data entry skills with experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel). Location University City - Philadelphia, PA Additional Information This is a Full-time Temporary position classified as Non-exempt. The offered pay is based on the successful candidate's qualifications and experience, department budget, and an internal equity review.
