Macquarie Technology Program Manager in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Reference #: 11817 The eDiscovery and Surveillance team within Macquarie provides technology and services to retain, discover and conduct surveillance against Electronically Stored Information (ESI). As a global technology service, we partner with Compliance and Legal teams to proactively monitor trade activity, supervise electronic communications, and provide eDiscovery services.

In this role you will manage a portfolio of four projects running concurrently and with significant interdependency.  These projects are migrating electronic communications, voice recordings and regulatory files from on-premises archive, eDiscovery and Surveillance platforms to a unified SaaS solution. This high-profile global initiative will bring together organizationally diverse stakeholders, delivery teams, and supplier partners to achieve business critical delivery deadlines.

*At least 15 years' experience managing technology projects and/or programs, including exposure to the financial services industry and/or compliance technology. *Hands on experience managing all phases of technology project delivery including business case, financials, design, change management and implementation. *Program management or PMO leadership experience. *Superior stakeholder management capability including project steering committees. *Ability to collaborate effectively as a member of a global technology team including schedule flexibility allowing participation in evening meetings with remote teams.
