The Opportunity

As part of the Operations Consulting team you lead efforts in consulting, designing, and implementing business process and technology solutions for large scale capital projects and programs. As a Manager you lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining top standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team member’s unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and principles in a meaningful way. You embrace technology and innovation to enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same. This role also involves participating in the assessment and improvement of business processes, including leveraging project technologies.

What You Must Have

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • 5 years of experience

What Sets You Apart

  • Master of Business Administration in Construction Management, Engineering Science, Engineering Science and Engineering, Project Engineering & Management, Risk Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering preferred

  • Professional Engineer (PE), Project Management Professional (PMP), or American Production and Inventory Control Society (APICS) preferred

  • Understanding issues in Engineering & Construction, Power and Utilities

  • Leveraging Cora, Primavera Unifier, or other project technologies

  • Identifying and addressing client needs

  • Building trusted relationships with clients

  • Developing implementation plans and business cases

  • Utilizing data analytics skills and experience

  • Managing on-shore and off-shore resources

The salary range for this position is: $100,000 - $232,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
