Robert Half Support Project Manager/Lead in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Description We are in the process of expanding our team in PHILADELPHIA, Pennsylvania, with the addition of a Support Project Manager/Lead. This role is pivotal within our Higher Education sector, offering a long-term contract employment opportunity. The individual in this role will be tasked with managing technical projects, supervising training, and coordinating with diverse teams to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the training and development of technicians, serving as the primary point of escalation for any issues

• Routinely update and manage deployment metrics to keep track of project progress

• Utilize Service Now to monitor deployment trends and follow up as necessary

• Work closely with external EUD teams to coordinate and resolve any deployment related issues

• Assist team leads in coordinating necessary preparations at the home base for device readiness

• Implement and adhere to best practices in project management and change management

• Leverage knowledge of Cloud Technologies and Microsoft Azure in managing projects

• Use Content Management System (CMS) and Contract Management tools effectively

• Ensure compliance with auditing standards and coding guidelines in project execution

• Apply Agile Scrum methodologies to manage and deliver projects efficiently

• Manage projects related to Epic Hospital Billing, Epic EMR, and Epic Clinical implementations. Requirements • The candidate must have a minimum of three years of experience working in the field of Higher Education.

• Proficiency in Cloud Technologies is required for this role.

• Experience with Content Management System (CMS) is a necessity.

• Must be adept at Contract Management.

• Knowledge of Microsoft products and Microsoft Azure is essential.

• Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies is expected.

• The candidate should have a solid background in Auditing.

• The ability to implement and adhere to Best Practices is required.

• Proficiency in Change Management is necessary for this role.

• Coding skills are a major requirement for this position.

• Experience with Epic Hospital Billing is a significant advantage.

• Familiarity with Epic EMR is also highly desirable.
