Primary Purpose

Develop, manage, and evaluate HR programs/initiatives from planning to post implementation phases as required. Partner with internal and external stakeholders to execute programs. This position provides critical consultation and performing analysis on HR data, metrics and reporting to identify trends, patterns, and insight. Uses data analysis to influence changes to client and/or HR operations, processes, or programs, to improve business effectiveness. This role involves working independently, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and possess strong skills in Excel and data analysis. Additionally, the analyst would be expected to solve problems and make data-based decisions.

Primary Duties

  • Reporting on all data for HR scorecards and KPI's. Use data and analytics to create meaningful stories. Through data provide inferences and insights to facilitate development of recruitment strategy, workforce planning and present recurring themes. (25%)

  • Design, develop, maintain, and distribute regular recurring reports. Provide support toward the creation of complex ad-hoc queries. (20%)

  • Provide support on critical HR initiatives through collection of accurate and timely data, designing and preparing reports as needed. Work across all lines of business HR Operations, COE, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Workforce Development and Business Operations. (20%)

  • Manage HR programs and processes including college and entry level positions. Monitor and evaluate HR programs and initiatives to measure their effectiveness and ROI. (15%)

  • Assist in varying HR projects in support of overall HR success including but not limited to FFD, OHS, HR Ops, TA and TM. (10%)

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a business field with a minimum of 4-7 years of related business experience or in lieu of bachelor's degree, High school diploma and 9-12 years related business experience.

  • Advanced proficiency in standard software applications Excel, Powerpoint, HR Analytics and Power BI

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present data-driven insights.

  • Strong organization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

  • Familiarity with HR metrics and trends, and the ability to use data to inform HR strategy and decision-making.

  • Familiarity with project management methodologies

  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with both PECO and peer OPCO HR business partners and leaders.

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

  • Working in a team environment and providing support to team members.

Preferred Qualifications

Demonstrated strong analytical skills. HR Program management experience. Master's degree in business.

  • Annual salary will vary based on a candidate's skills, qualifications, experience, and other factors:USD $80,000.00/Yr. - USD $120,000.00/Yr.
