Job Description

One of our largest clients is looking for a Senior Delivery Manager to join their dynamic team. We need delivery management support to complete a Content Profiles project by September. This involves coordinating final development efforts, testing, and ensuring smooth content flow for one of the flagship products. Additionally, coverage for the Senior Delivery Manager who oversees another content product will be needed starting mid-August. A delivery manager will shadow the original DM in mid-July and take over during their leave. The squad focuses on enabling Drug content, driving product strategy, and improving product responses. Experience with quarterly or incremental planning across multiple teams is essential, though SAFe certification is not required.

Compensation:

$45/hr to $55/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Skills and Requirements

* 4+ years of professional experience as a Delivery Manager or Scrum Master

* Experience managing 2+ squads working on Software Development project

* Expertise in Agile Scrum Framework/Methodology

* Experience with Project Management tools such as Jira & Confluence * Experience working within Healthcare Technology

* Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) -- Specifically experience with Program Increment (PI) Planning. null
