MSL Field Analytics and Operations:

Partner with Medical Science Liaison and Payer, Value & Outcomes leadership to support and optimize the activities of MSLs by leveraging data and analytics and streamline key operational processes.

Maintain a Medical Affairs CRM and dashboard/reporting innovation roadmap for projects and enhancements detailing delivery milestones and change management plans

Lead design and enablement of systems and tools to support metrics analysis, customer interaction reporting, account planning, and cross functional insights sharing

Leverage available enterprise tools to support the MSL and PVO teams, potentially prototyping innovative solutionsto effectively address business needs

Evaluate, implement and support digital tool enablement that can enhance the effectiveness of MSLs, and field collaboration such as AI driven insights generations, and CRM system integration

Deliver required CRM and dashboard/reporting training when releasing solution enhancements or onboarding new users

Conduct periodic and ad hoc field sizing and territory alignment processes to inform MSL and PVO capacity planning and resource deployment

Manage multiple projects, deliver consistently, and provide clear communication from design to post-project completion user support to stakeholders

Demonstrate the ability to influence multiple stakeholders to ensure a high-level of team involvement in key business decisions while working effectively with business partners Partnership and collaboration with cross-functional teams:

Build relationships with cross-functional partners within US Commercial Information Services (IS), Medical Affairs Operations, and across US Business Operations and Analytics

Serve as the MSL Field Lead to collaboratively design, develop, implement, train, and support technology and data project implementations, business process changes and operational consistency

Deliver scalable solutions that integrate within the existing technology and processes ecosystem; ability to have a broad perspective and consider implications beyond the explicit requirements Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Ability to thrive in ambiguity with sound decision-making skills to effectively prioritize and navigate interdependencies

Embrace enterprise- and portfolio-mindsets with an unwavering focus on customer impact

Excellent communication, and cross functional collaboration skills

Meticulous, highly organized and self-directed approach to work, including the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize competing tasks in time-constrained situations

Strong technology acumen and operational expertise in process optimization, and CRM Management

Proficiency in data analysis and visualization. Experience with reporting tools (Excel, PowerBI), and data ecosystems is preferred

7 years in analytics and operations (within pharmaceutical/biotech preferred), and experience in medical affairs is a plus Required/Preferred Education and Licenses

Ba helor's Degree required; MBA preferred or applicable previous experience

PMP certification preferred

For this role, the full and complete base pay range is: $128,000.00 - $192,000.00 Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, and other pertinent factors. The goal is to ensure fair and competitive compensation aligned with the candidate's expertise and contributions, within the established pay framework and our Total Compensation philosophy. Internal equity considerations will also influence individual base pay decisions. This range will be reviewed on a regular basis. At Jazz, your base pay is only one part of your total compensation package. The successful candidate may also be eligible for a discretionary annual cash bonus or incentive compensation (depending on the role), in accordance with the terms of the Company's Global Cash Bonus Plan or Incentive Compensation Plan, as well as discretionary equity grants in accordance with Jazz's Long Term Equity Incentive Plan.
